What billing or insurance information will I receive?
If insured, your bill will go straight to the insurance company to be processed, if unpaid of part paid for any reason we will be in touch with you and so will your insurance company.
I received a notice that my insurance company hasn't paid my bill in full, why is this?
A lot of health insurance policies come with an excess which the patient is liable for a certain amount per year, we will send you an invoice illustrating you to pay the outstanding amount if the insurance provider does not pay you invoice in full. If you insurance company has declined to pay your invoice, you will revert to our self-funding fee schedule.
How can I pay my bill?
Over the phone by credit or debit card with a fixed 3% admin fee for any payment, or free by online BACS transfer Rowntree Taylor Resources Limited - with an email to accounts@privatemedicalmanagement.com, stating name and invoice number alongside the amount paid so that we can mark off the payment against your outstanding account.
